What actually moves the nightly rate

The bathroom

It is the first thing photographed and the first thing complained about. A dated bathroom caps your rate no matter how good the rest of the house is.

The floor

Renters are hard on floors. Luxury vinyl plank survives suitcases and pool water in a way that laminate does not.

How long does a bathroom take?

From demolition to handover, a full bathroom is normally a matter of days rather than weeks. The estimate names a finish date and we order materials around it, so the room is not sitting open waiting on a delivery.

Do I have to move out?

For a single bathroom or a kitchen, no. We seal the work area, protect the floors on the route in and out, and clean at the end of every day. For a whole-floor renovation it is usually easier on everyone if the house is empty.

Who handles plumbing and electrical?

Licensed trades we have worked with for years. We coordinate them and stay your single point of contact, so you are not chasing three companies for one bathroom.

Do you work outside Orlando?

We cover Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Winter Garden, Clermont, Championsgate, Celebration and Saint Cloud. Ask about anywhere else — if it is a reasonable drive we will quote it.

How does payment work?

A deposit to schedule and order materials, then payments tied to stages of the job rather than dates. The estimate spells this out before you commit to anything.
